Classic Khmer cuisine and refined Western dishes with a Cambodian twist. The Khmer Discovery menu offers the chance to try delicious local specialties with carefully chosen wine pairings. On Tuesday nights, enjoy a poolside traditional apsara dance performance and a Cambodian fondue BBQ dinner. Every Thursday the Heritage hosts a long-running and very popular jazz night in their open-plan, smoke-free bar area (there’s a spot for smoking outside). Live music starts at 7PM, but get there early and order some of their excellent canapes during happy hour, starting at 5PM
